Cascade Warbirds will take flight May 15 as part of the festivities at Paine Field General Aviation Day.
Vintage planes are scheduled to start demonstration flights at noon, including a B-25D, P-51B Mustang, F7F Tigercat, F8F Bearcat and a Waco biplane. In the afternoon planes will taxi to the Historic Flight Foundation on the southwest corner of Paine Field for a free open house from 2 to 7 p.m.
General Aviation Day activities are from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., featuring Taste of Mukilteo, free Young Eagles flights (ages 8 to 17), Fire Fighters Fly Day 5K and Pancake Breakfast, and aircraft displays.
