Last year’s turbocharged hit “Blindspot” returns for Season 2 and the FBI now wants Jane (Jaimie Alexander) to be a triple agent. The opener introduces Archie Panjabi (“The Good Wife”) as an NSA agent who has been secretly tracking the Jane Doe case. 10 p.m., NBC.
The theme for Season 6 of “American Horror Story” has been a mystery all summer as producers have trolled us with misleading trailers. Tonight, we finally get some answers as the over-the-top creep show returns. 10 p.m., FX.
