Well-traveled Everett musician Leava set for solo EP release

You might recognize local musician Simon Nicol as the man behind the drums for Everett band Tellers for the last year or so. But now you’re going to recognize him as the man responsible for Leava.

Beginning four years ago, Leava is by no means a new project. However, after living in different parts of the country, Nicol is ready to establish Leava in here in Everett and is doing so with the release of his new Brunt EP.

Brunt will be the follow up to Leava’s 2014 release Searching Questions and you can hear the single “Basement” below. If you want to attend the Leava EP release show on Sunday July 3rd contact Everett Music Initiative for ticket information at everettmusicinitiative@gmail.com.
