Vodka Infusion Classes: Everett’s Bluewater Distilling is hosting a Vodka Infusion Class at 2 p.m. Nov. 14 and 15. Learn how to make fresh-infused vodkas and liqueurs, including limoncello. For more information and to register, visit www.bluewaterdistilling.com.

Barrel-aged Montecristo Gold release: Snohomish’s Sound to Summit Brewing will release its barrel-aged Montecristo Gold Belgian-style Ale at 4 p.m. Nov. 18 at the brewery, 1830 Bickford Ave, Ste 111, Snohomish. The Montecristo Gold has been aging if apple liqueur barrels for five months.

Skagit Wine and Beer Festival: Drink wines, beers and spirits from regions throughout Washington at the fourth annual Skagit Wine and Beer Festival Nov. 21 at the Best Western Plus Skagit Valley Inn &Convention Center. General admission is from 4 to 8 p.m., with VIP hour from 3 to 4 p.m. There will also be appetizers, chocolate and cheese samples. General admission tickets are $50 per person or $90 per couple.
