The Whidbey Playhouse has announced its cast for their production of the holiday family memoir, “A Christmas Story,” to be performed Dec. 1 through Dec. 16.
The performance will be directed by Sue Riney, with assistant director Linda Walbeck and producer Rosemary Morrison. The cast includes Brett Vagt, Emylie Keehner, Garrett Stahl, Jim Otruba, Karla Moore, Laura Matthews, Lauren Nelson, Lauren Vagt, Ric Packard, Rocco Strain and Sadie Strain.
Audiences will be delighted by Jean Shepherd’s charming and hilarious tribute to his northwest Indiana upbringing and the Christmas when the only thing a boy wanted was an official Red Ryder 200-shot carbine action range model air rifle.
