Fierce: It doesn’t seem like this Yakima native will sew up the finals on “Project Runway.”
Blayne Walsh, a designer who lists “anything neon” as a fashion must, is competing on Bravo’s hit reality series.
Walsh, 23, has begun to irritate some viewers by constantly adding “licious” as a suffix to almost any word. In a recent online poll at www.bravotv.com, more than 8,000 people, or 88 percent, called the quirk irritating last week. He also favors the phrase “Holla at ya boy.”
And while Walsh hasn’t been booted seven challenges into the season, he also hasn’t won any events.
For the uninitiated, “Project Runway” is a Peabody Award-winning reality show. The program pits up-and-coming designers against each other in challenges that find them crafting stylish outfits from bizarre materials — famously, corn husks.
See how Walsh fares on “Project Runway” at 9 p.m. Wednesdays on Bravo.
