Marilyn Rosenberg, owner of Zippy’s Java Lounge and recipient of the KSER 2008 Voice of the Community Award, is suffering from a serious and chronic medical condition.
To help with Rosenberg’s medical bills, Friends of Zippy’s Commons is sponsoring a Giant Yard Sale with food and live music from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at 2114 Hewitt Ave., Everett, a storefront east of Broadway.
Donated items can be dropped off at the sale site between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and 4 and 7 p.m. today and Wednesday.
