LYNNWOOD — A man died and four members of a family suffered injuries Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in Lynnwood.
The accident happened about 8:20 p.m. when a car and a sport utility vehicle collided in the 700 block of 164th Street SW, Snohomish County Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes said.
The man, who was driving the car, was dead when firefighters arrived, Hynes said.
The family in the sport utility vehicle was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries, Hynes said.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident.
