The off-ramp from southbound I-5 to 128th Street SW is scheduled to be closed Monday through Thursday nights for work to add a second left-turn lane on the off-ramp.

Drivers will follow a signed detour using southbound I-5, 164th S
treet SW and northbound I-5.
Crews will also close up to two lanes of 128th Street SW near I-5 Monday through Thursday nights. Closures will start at 9 p.m. and all lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.
On Wednesday and Thursday nights, crews also will close the on-ramp from 128th Street SW to southbound I-5 from 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. for grinding and striping work.
Crews will provide a signed detour using northbound I-5, Everett Mall Way, and the westbound Highway 527 ramp to southbound I-5.
The work is part of a $23 million to improve traffic flow and reduce backups on the off-ramp by adding the turn lane. The work is expected to be completed in the fall.
