EVERETT — A 25-year-old Everett man who was stabbed during a home-invasion robbery was listed in satisfactory condition Thursday at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
A second victim, a 27-year-old north Everett man, suffered a serious head wound and was treated at Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus and released.
The assault occurred about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at 17 W. Casino Road, Everett police Sgt. Boyd Bryant said. Officers arrived to find one man with multiple stab wounds and bruises on his body and limbs. He was treated at the scene and then airlifted to Seattle.
Investigators were told that three men had forced their way into an apartment at the Fireside West Apartments and attacked two men inside. The victims and witnesses knew one of the attackers, Bryant said.
The incident appeared to stem from past friction between the resident and some acquaintances, he said.
No arrests have been made.
Investigators ask anyone with information on the incident to call the police tip line at 425-257-8450.
