BOTHELL — Two people were critically wounded during a suspected domestic-violence incident in the Bothell area on Thursday.
It was reported at 1:47 p.m. in the 2100 block of Maltby Road, Snohomish County sheriff’s spokeswoman Shari Ireton said.
Police found the injured man and woman, both believed to be in their 40s. Both were taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
“It is unconfirmed how the injuries were sustained, but it was reported that the male had a box cutter,” Ireton said. “The relationship between the male and female is unknown at this time.”
The sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
