EDMONDS — Two young motorcycle riders were injured Tuesday night when the bike they were riding left the roadway.
The accident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 9000 block of Olympic View Drive, Edmonds police Sgt. Don Anderson said.
The 23-year-old man who was operating the motorcycle and the 17-year-old woman who was a passenger, both of Lynnwood, were taken to Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
Police are investigating speed as a potential cause of the crash, Anderson said.
