2 Spokane Valley men dead in double homicide

SPOKANE VALLEY — Authorities have identified two men found shot to death in Spokane Valley.

The Spokesman-Review reports the Spokane County medical examiner’s office has identified the men found dead last weekend as 44-year-old Juan Gallegos-Rodriguez and 53-year-old Arturo Gallegos.

The medical examiner says Gallegos-Rodriguez died of multiple gunshot wounds and Gallegos died of a gunshot wound to the head and neck.

Neighbors described the two men as brothers.

Police were called to the Broadway Square Apartments on Saturday night. One of the men was found dead inside an apartment, and the other was found outside.
