KENNEWICK — Police on a gang emphasis patrol were nearby when shots were fired Tuesday night at a bus stop in Kennewick.
Officers quickly arrested four people and recovered a gun that was tossed in a driveway.
KEPR reported that two gang members had opened fire on two rivals.
The four are 15 to 18 years old. They are held for investigation of riot and assault.
