BELLINGHAM — A truck carrying more than 12,000 pounds of salmon overturned while making a turn on Bellingham’s waterfront and dumped its load in the street.
Bornstein Seafoods told The Bellingham Herald that most of the sockeye remained in sealed containers Monday, and all of the fish was re-inspected.
Depending on the results, he said the fish would be destroyed, donated to a food bank or processed for sale.
