CLARKSTON — Police in Clarkston are warning residents to be cautions walking after dark as they have made no arrests in the slaying of a 69-year-old woman whose body was found near a park.
An autopsy conducted Monday in Spokane determined the death of Ina Clare Richardson was a homicide. Her body was found Friday near Beachview Park and Clarkston High School.
Police Chief Joel Hastings says Richardson was last seen walking about 11 p.m. Thursday.
The Lewiston Tribune reported the petite, white-haired woman was a frequent visitor at the Salvation Army, Lewiston City Library and downtown businesses. She went by her middle name, Clare.
