Voters in several Snohomish County communities will be asked to approve changes in fire levies, the taxes that support fire and emergency medical services.
In Silvana, voters will be asked to approve a bond measure to expand a fire station, adding living space and making room for additional equipment.
Many of the changes restore taxes to prior-year amounts. All the rates are based on the assessed value of property.
