RICHLAND — A man who worked at a Richland day care was sentenced to nearly eight years in prison for raping a 2-year-old boy.
The sentence given to 22-year-old Luca Anthony Miller on Thursday in Benton County Superior Court is a mandatory minimum. He could spend the rest of his life behind bars without approved sex offender treatment.
The Tri-City Herald reports Miller pleaded guilty to raping one child, but prosecutors said there were three other victims — two preschool boys and a girl.
