Air Force Airman Jacob A. Nicholson has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the grandson of Barbra and Donald Nicholson of Everett, and is a 2007 graduate of Kamiak High School.
Army Pvt. Chase A. Bradford has graduated from the Infantryman One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. The training included basic infantry training and advanced individual training. Bradford is the stepson of Susan George of Lynnwood.
Navy Seaman Galen E. Pereira, son of Suenne Pereira and Michael Pereira, both of Everett, recently completed Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Pereira is a 2007 graduate of Lake Stevens High School.
