Air Force Airman Palmer E. Sather has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Palmer Sather III of Lynnwood and grandson of Palmer Sather II of Everett. Sather is a 2003 graduate of Edmonds-Woodway High School.
Air Force Airman Thomas A. Sharkey has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Janet Silva and brother of Julie Sharkey, both of Everett. Sharkey is a 2003 graduate of Aim High School.
Navy Seaman Nicole L. Hinton, daughter of David Hinton of Everett, recently participated in the Navy’s largest deployment “Summer Pulse 2004” while assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Hinton is a 2003 graduate of Cascade High School and joined the Navy in March 2003.
Army Spec. Sarah A. Morrison has graduated from basic training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Morrison is the daughter of Dan and Anita Morrison of Monroe. She graduated in 1999 from Sultan High School and received a bachelor’s degree in 2003 from Northwest College.
Army Private David J. Bednark has been deployed to Iraq with the 215th Forward Support Battalion, 1st Calvary Division. He is the son of Ronald and Shari Bednark of Lynnwood.
Army Pvt. David L. Neff has graduated from basic training at Fort Knox, Ky. Neff is the son of Patrick Neff of Lynnwood and Wanell McGee of Spokane.
Marine Corps Maj. Heath A. Lawson, whose wife, Monique, is the daughter of Billie and Sid Sack of Lake Stevens, recently deployed to Iraq with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
