Air Force Airman Daniel M. Bowman has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Bowman is the son of Marlene Roberts of Mukilteo. He is a 2003 graduate of Kamiak High School.

Air Force Airman Bryan D. Nelson has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Nelson, a 2001 graduate of Sultan High School, is the son of Jan Torgerson of Sultan.

Lindsey A. Jackson has been commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force after completing the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program and graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. She is the daughter of Diedri and John Jackson of Oak Harbor. Jackson graduated in 2000 from Oak Harbor High School.

Marine Corps Pvt. Marc B. Ramey has graduated from basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego. He is the son of Connie and Steven Ramey of Arlington.

Marine Corps Pfc. Steven J. Lilley has graduated from the Basic Finance Technician Course at Financial Management School, Camp Lejeune, N.C. Lilley learned basic military pay, military travel and disbursing. He is the son of Delia and Dennis Lilley of Arlington. He is a 2002 graduate of Granite Falls School.

Marine Corps Pvt. David J. Snodgrass has graduated from basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego. He is the son of Marilynn and Kenneth Snodgrass of Everett. He is a 2002 graduate of Lake Stevens High School.

Michael A. Martin has graduated from basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. He is the son of Gail and James Martin of Monroe. He is a 2002 graduate of Monroe High School.

Dustin R. Sprague has graduated from basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes Ill. He is the son of Kathy Sprague of Yucaipa, Calif. and Joseph Sprague of Everett. He is a 2003 graduate of Green Valley High in Yucaipa.

Michael S. Barre has graduated from basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. He is the son of Robin and Stephen Barre of Clinton. He is a 2003 graduate of Bayview High School in Langley.

Erik L. Sinks will report for active duty at the Navy’s Recruit Training Center, Great Lakes, Ill. He is the son of Felmarie and Bruce Sinks of Oak Harbor. He is a 2004 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.

Ryan C. Junkin will report for active duty at the Navy’s Recruit Training Center, Great Lakes, Ill. He is the son of Heather Knaplund of Mukilteo and Christopher Junkin of Spokane. He is a 2004 graduate of Kamiak High School.

Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Joseph H. Finney has reported for duty at Naval Station, Rota, Spain. He is the son of Sally Anderson of Everett. He is a 1995 graduate of Everett High School.

Nicole L. Hinton is stationed in San Diego after transiting around the tip of South America from Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk, Va. Hinton participated in Summer Pulse ‘04, the Navy’s first exercise of its new operational system. She is the daughter of David Hinton of Everett. She is a 2003 graduate of Cascade High School.
