MUKILTEO — An alleged car prowler was arrested Thursday after his victim caught him and held him down.
A Mukilteo man, 50, was returning home from walking his dog Thursday morning when he found someone inside his vehicle, Mukilteo police officer Cheol Kang said.
The victim confronted the man and the two got into a struggle. The victim ended up holding the other man down until police arrived. The suspect was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries before being booked into Snohomish County Jail for investigation of robbery and vehicle prowling.
