SEATTLE — It’s another hot day in most of Washington, but the National Weather Service says temperatures should ease later this week.
Forecasters expect Monday highs in the 70s and 80s in Western Washington and in the 90s and triple digits in Eastern Washington.
Forecasters say clouds should move in and lower temperatures by the Fourth of July.
But a heat advisory remains in effect today for the area that include the east Columbia River Gorge and Yakima Valley. And, there’s a red flag warning for the area that includes the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla because of the risk of fire in the heat and low humidity.
