Girl Scout appointed to Board of Directors: Rachel Colombana, a senior Girl Scout from Edmonds, was recently appointed to Girl Scouts Totem Council’s Board of Directors. As a member of the board she will assist in policy making, financial management and strategic planning for the Totem Council. Colombana is a senior at Edmonds-Woodway High School and has been a Girl Scout for 11 years.
