EVERETT — A woman has been cited for second-degree negligent driving after crashing into an Everett park on Sunday afternoon.
Everett police are investigating whether the driver, 62, of Arlington, had fallen asleep at the wheel, spokesman Aaron Snell said.
The woman suffered minor injuries, Snell said. There was no evidence of drugs or alcohol at the scene.
The crash was reported just before 3 p.m. at Riverside Park at Grand and Everett avenues.
