LYNNWOOD — A suspected bank robber was arrested Friday afternoon in Lynnwood.
The robbery was reported at 12:45 p.m. at Heritage Bank, 19510 58th Avenue W. A man gave the teller a note demanding money. He wore a fake beard and sunglasses.
Police found their suspect about 10 minutes later in a nearby car, which was believed to be stolen. No injuries were reported.
The 28-year-old Tacoma man was being booked Friday afternoon into the city jail.
