Bank robbery suspect sought

MILL CREEK – Police are looking for a man who robbed a bank inside a grocery store Thursday afternoon.

The man, armed with a weapon, robbed the U.S. Bank inside a Safeway at 5:54 p.m. in the 13300 block of the Bothell-Everett Highway, Mill Creek police spokeswoman Robin Swanson said.

Swanson would not comment on the type of weapon the man was carrying.

The suspect is described as an Asian man in his mid-20s. He was wearing a dark, hooded coat with a white stripe and dark pants.
