OK, only the first part of that is true and the rest is fiction.
Who knows what would happen if he lived in southwest Washington where there’s a rapidly growing list of people who want to succeed the retiring Rep. Brian Baird in Congress.
I’m not in the press release loop for that region. Yet I’ve read about Republican state Rep. Jaime Herrera and Democratic state Rep. Deb Wallace.
And I understand Democratic state Sen. Brian Hatfield can be considered a likely candidate though I may be the first to report this fact/rumor.
Those folks are all in addition to the people who had entered the race before and expected to be taking on Baird. They are David Castillo, David Hedrick and Jon Russell.
