BELLINGHAM — The Bellingham City Council vote Monday to allow recreational marijuana businesses in industrial areas and stores in commercial zones.
The Bellingham Herald reported the ordinance lifts a moratorium. It allows pot entrepreneurs to apply for licenses next month when the state Liquor Control Board starts taking applications.
