SPOKANE VALLEY — A bicyclist hit by a car on a Spokane Valley road told a sheriff’s deputy he was at fault.
The bike rider said he wasn’t paying attention when he crossed against traffic Thursday and was hit by a car going about 35 mph.
KXLY reported the rider was flipped over the hood of the car and suffered leg, back and head injuries.
