SEATTLE — Seattle police said the body of a man found at a south Seattle recycling center was placed there.
Spokesman Mark Jamieson said the department has launched a homicide investigation. The body was reported shortly before 11 a.m. Friday.
KIRO-TV reported it’s a CDL Recycle operation and a witness said the body was found on a conveyer belt.
Police would not say whether the man carried any identification. They said they don’t know how long he has been dead. The age of the man was not immediately available.
An employee said the body is not anyone who worked there.
