EVERETT — Officials are working to identify a man found dead Monday in south Everett. He had no obvious signs of trauma.
The body was found by workers trimming brush near the intersection of Airport Road and Beverly Park Road, officials said. It was badly decomposed and is believed to have been there for several months.
The man’s identity was not confirmed as of Tuesday. The cause and manner of his death remained under investigation, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Snohomish County sheriff’s investigators are awaiting autopsy results, spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said.
