EVERETT — The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a man whose body was found in the Snohomish River south of the U.S. 2 trestle.
Authorities found James Powers IV, 53, of Everett, in the river near the Riverfront development on Saturday.
Police are investigating the cause and manner of his death.
