A woman found dead Saturday in a car at Stevens Pass has been identified as Constance Koch of Lake Stevens, the King County medical examiner’s office said this afternoon.
Koch, 62, has been missing since March 26. Her car was found Saturday afternoon down a 150-foot slope off U.S. 2.
The Lake Stevens teacher disappeared from her home shortly before she was supposed to fly to Texas for medical treatment. Her last communication with family was a text message that said “Look at Stevens Pass.”
Koch died March 26, the medical examiner said. Determination about the cause and manner of death are pending.
