BOTHELL — Integrex Inc. has raised an additional $3 million from private investors to expand its electronics manufacturing services, company officials said Thursday.
The company, which got rolling earlier this year, produces computer circuit boards and other equipment on contract at its 54,000-square-foot facility in Bothell.
"We continue to grow very quickly, with many (companies) demanding Integrex’s technical, time-critical manufacturing services," said Ted Volberding, president and chief executive. "This round of financing will fuel that growth as we continue to execute our strategic plan."
The company has now raised a total of $8.5 million. The additional money comes from existing shareholders, including Benaroya Capital, Fluke Venture Partners, Harvey N. Gillis at Sunrise Capital, Cedar Grove, Sugar Mountain and a group from Bear Stearns in San Francisco, the company said.
Integrex focuses on the networking, telecom, industrial and medical segments of the market and has 20 existing contracts, officials said.
