$363 to BIT LLC of Renton to send monthly utility bills to Arlington residents.
Edmonds: $395 to the Snohomish County American Red Cross for books and masks for lifeguards.
$6,778 to Puget Sound Energy of Bellevue for utilities at Yost Pool.
Monroe: $21,357 to Snohomish County Corrections of Everett for July jail billing.
$2,150 to NorthStar Chemical Inc. of Portland, Ore., for scrubber chemical.
$1,887 to the Monroe Monitor of Monroe for advertising.
Snohomish: $150 to Association of Washington Cities of Olympia for municipal budgeting seminar.
$103 to Everett Stamp Works of Everett for a plaque to recognize City Councilwoman Lya Badgley’s service. Badgley recently resigned to move to Singapore with her family.
$470 to McDaniel Do-it Center of Snohomish for parks repair supplies.
