Edmonds: $1,002 to United Pipe &Supply of Portland, Ore., for irrigation supplies.
$1,579 to Salmon Bay Sand &Gravel Co. of Seattle for street asphalt.
Marysville: $89,128 to Advantage Building Services of Everett for janitorial services from Aug. 1 through July 31, 2008.
$29,409 to Perteet Engineering of Everett for services on planned improvements to Highway 528 between 47th Avenue NE and 67th Avenue NE.
Monroe: $463 to Cadman Inc. of Snohomish for sidewalk repair.
$750 to East County Senior Center of Monroe for a transportation program.
$2,250 to the Monroe Chamber of Commerce for monthly payment.
Snohomish: $49,487 to the city of Everett for water bills from May 31 through Aug. 1.
$112 to Data Quest of Everett for pre-employment background checking.
$1,033 to Loren Waxler of Everett for public defender contract for March.
