Everett: $600,000 to the Everett Public Facilities District, the district that owns the Everett Events Center.

$616,000 to Marshbank Construction of Lake Stevens for 112th Street SE improvements and sewer line replacement work.

$244,000 to Perkins Coie of Seattle for various legal services, including work on the Riverfront redevelopment project.

$28,640 to Kirkpatrick and Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis of Seattle for legal services related to the Riverfront redevelopment project.

$48,000 to Perteet Engineering of Everett for surveys and maps of the Riverfront properties.

Edmonds: $859,815 to Wilder Construction Co. of Everett for the 2007 Street Overlay Program.

Monroe: $2,250 to Monroe Chamber of Commerce for the city’s monthly payment to the organization.

$15,146 to SNOPAC, the county’s emergency dispatch center, for dispatch services in May.
