$28,640 to Kirkpatrick and Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis of Seattle for legal services related to the Riverfront redevelopment project.
$48,000 to Perteet Engineering of Everett for surveys and maps of the Riverfront properties.
Edmonds: $859,815 to Wilder Construction Co. of Everett for the 2007 Street Overlay Program.
Monroe: $2,250 to Monroe Chamber of Commerce for the city’s monthly payment to the organization.
$2,089 to Monroe Monitor for advertising.
$15,146 to SNOPAC, the county’s emergency dispatch center, for dispatch services in May.

Snohomish: $40 to Tim Heydon, public works director, for mileage reimbursement in April.
