$57,152 to Perteet Engineering of Everett for various work, including a study for improvements to Broadway.
$12,641 to J.P. Morgan Chase for credit card expenditures, including $22 for the purchase of the DVD: “Whoopi Back on Broadway.”
Granite Falls: $3,002, to Snohomish County for emergency management services for 2007. The charge is based on population.
Monroe: $1,558 to The Monroe Monitor for advertising.
$27 to Hiller West, the city’s community development director, for attending a luncheon hosted by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce.
$632 to the state Department of Ecology for a 2007 bio-solids permit.
Snohomish: $5,006 to the Association of Washington Cities of Olympia for 2007 annual dues.
$3,593 to Puget Sound Clean Air Agency of Seattle for 2007 clean air assessment.
$690 to U.S Postmaster for postage from Dec. 12 to Jan. 2.
