Everett: $162,074 tax refund to Intermec Inc.

$819,349 to Marshbank Construction in Lake Stevens for 112th Street improvements from Third Avenue SE to I-5, and for sewer line replacement projects at four locations in the city.

$191,427 to Kirkland-based Blackwater Marine LLC for repairs to the Langus Park shelter.

$20,299 to Everett’s Perteet Engineering for design work on the Riverfront Simpson Mill site.

Marysville: $1,367.24 to Ascom Hasler of Chicago for lease of a Reelmaster mower.

$1,006.26 to Celebrate! Catering Inc. of Everett for budget workshop meals.

Monroe: $28 to Chinook Lumber of Monroe for City Hall roof sheathing.

$24 to Kelly’s Coast-to-Coast of Monroe for painting supplies.

$140 to online database LexisNexis for police investigations.

$1,298 to Sprint Nextel Corporation of Reston, Va., for police cell phones.

Snohomish: $1,008 to Nextel Communications of Reston, Va., for staff cell phone service from Aug. 5 to Sept. 4.

$151 to Snohomish Auto Parts of Snohomish for a battery charger.

$7,574 to the Washington State Auditor’s Office for a 2005 audit.

$1,219 to The Herald of Everett for employment advertising.
