Monroe: $4,720 to the city of Everett for the animal shelter billing.
$320 to Cintas Corp. of Everett for uniforms.
$1,732 to Dell Marketing LP of Palatine, Ill., for a laptop computer.
Snohomish: $30 to The Tribune of Snohomish for an annual subscription to the weekly newspaper.
$516 to the state Department of Natural Resources in Olympia for administrative fees for the Pilchuck River easement.
$917 to Walter Wagner of Everett for the public defender contract in December.
