Stanwood: $108 to Let’s Frame It of Stanwood for a frame for a portrait of former Mayor Herb Kuhnly.
$81 to Ovenell Backhoe Service of Stanwood for taking out a beaver dam between Larson Dam and the sewer treatment plant in December.
$2,216 to the Snohomish County Public Defenders’ Association in Everett to provide public defenders for suspects who request them.
$564 to Waste Management of Skagit County for garbage service in November.
