$593 to Ace-Acme Portable Toilets of Arlington for rented toilets at Legion Park.

$5,932 to the Arlington School District for park improvements at Presidents Elementary School.

$1,273 to Body Craft of Marysville for repairing two police cars.

Everett: $805 to an Everett Police Department officer as reimbursement for shoe and clothing allowances.

$17,000 to Standard &Poors Corp. for a recent city bond rating.

$139 to United Grocers Inc. for groceries and coffee for the Everett Senior Center.

Lake Stevens: $129,759 to the Lake Stevens Sewer District for sewer services.

$223,688 to the Bank of New York for bond and interest payments.

$75 to the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency for demolition of the old police building.

$145 to United Way of Snohomish County for employee contributions.

$4,920 to the state Employment Security Department for unemployment compensation payments to claimants.

Lynnwood: $374,300 to Perteet Engineering of Everett for the second phase of a study of future traffic access for the Lynnwood City Center project.

$262,266 to Signal Electric Inc. to install fiber-optic cable for the city’s electronic traffic signal control system.

$65,999 to Harley-Davidson of Seattle at Lynnwood Cycle Barn for four replacement motorcycles for the police department.

$50,196 to DKS Associates of Seattle to design traffic signals at Alderwood Mall Boulevard and 40th Avenue W., and Olympic View Drive and 176th Street SW.

$25,753 to CH2M Hill of Bellevue for groundwater monitoring wells and design changes for the storm drainage system on Olympic View Drive.

$1,117 for a police officer to attend the Legal and Liability Issues in Schools and School Violence Conference Dec. 5-8 in Las Vegas.

Marysville: $505,866 to employees in wages.

$100 to the Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission for homicide investigation training.

$70 to the Bank of America for a safety deposit box.

$170 to the Marysville Skate Inn for a parks and recreation skating event.

$405 to Graybar Electric Co. of St. Louis, Mo., for traffic signal wire.

$4,046 to Blue Marble Environmental of Everett for the city’s recycling program.

Monroe: $2,153 to PetroCard System of Monroe for fuel for patrol vehicles.

$54 to Rite Aid of Monroe for police department Halloween supplies.

$1,005 to Sno-River Towing of Gold Bar for towing services.

$139 to West Monroe McChevron &CW of Monroe for patrol vehicle wash.

Snohomish: $323 to McCain of Vista, Calif., for three replacement buttons for pedestrian crossings.

$230 to Microflex Inc. of Seattle for sales tax auditing.

$12,752 to Northwest Archaeological Associates of Seattle for discovery and monitoring work at the new senior center site on Cypress Avenue.

Stanwood: $257 to USA Bluebook of Gurnee, Ill., for small tools in October.

$1,449 to Visa for 12 items, including supplies, travel, lodging and equipment.

$1,500 to Jack Lyons and Associates of Kirkland for fire captain test design and promotion of the job.

$4,324 to the state Treasurer’s Office for court collections in September.
