Edmonds: $37,000 to CREA Affiliates of Seattle to update the city’s streetscape plan, which deals with public spaces and trees.

Marysville: $259,642 to the Marysville Fire District 12 for fire control and emergency services.

$92,566 to the state Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development to repay loans for improvements to the city’s Stillaguamish River well.

$437 to Rainier Photographic Supply in Seattle for film.

$15,512 to Snohomish County Corrections for prisoner housing.

$1,260 to Kirk Mosley of Lake Stevens for service as a pro tem municipal court judge.

Monroe: $205 to Blumenthal Uniforms of Seattle for sergeant badges.

$611 to the state Department of Ecology for a composting permit.

$303 to Elite Lock &Safe of Monroe for locks for a trail system.

Snohomish: $226 to Police Chief Gordon Wiborg for crime prevention supplies at National Night Out.

$2,764 to Bickford Motors of Snohomish for toolboxes for a new truck.

Stanwood $1,331 to Corporate Office Supply of Arlington for supplies and furniture in July.
