$11,529 to Orchard Rite Ltd. of Yakima for six months rental of odor-control fans at the sewage ponds.

$140 to Kelley’s Carpet Care of Everett for carpet cleaning in the Forest Park Swim Center.

$3,090 to Winner International of Pittsburgh for anti-car-theft clubs for the police department to sell to residents.

Lake Stevens: $1,566 to Verizon Northwest of Inglewood, Calif., for telephone service.

$651 to URS Corp. of Seattle for a critical areas update.

$146,677 to the Bank of New York for debt service on bonds for the police station and sewer and general obligation bonds.

$4,823 to the Snohomish County Police and Auxiliary Services for dispatch services for November.

$385 to Snohomish County Human Services for liquor profits and excise taxes.

Marysville: $924 to Barron Heating and Air Conditioning of Bellingham for the first of eight billings for work at the Public Safety Building.

Monroe: $262 to the Monroe Chamber of Commerce for a dinner organized by the chamber.
