Lynnwood: $1.9 million to Marshbank Construction of Lake Stevens to improve 176th Street SW from Olympic View Drive to Highway 99 by installing curbs, gutters and sidewalks on both sides of the corridor, installing storm drainage facilities and widening the pavement for an additional lane westbound between Highway 99 and 52nd Avenue W. for right-turn vehicles.
