Casino Road shooting victim identified

EVERETT — Officials Friday identified a man found dead after a shooting on W. Casino Road earlier this week.

Pavel Datskiy, 24, of Lynnwood, died from a gunshot wound to the chest, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. His death has been ruled a homicide.

Everett police this week have been searching for a man wanted in connection with the shooting.

Investigators believe Anthony Ryan De Vera, 21, was involved.

De Vera, of Everett, should be considered armed and dangerous, Everett police Sgt. Robert Goetz said. If anyone sees him, they are asked to call 911. He is white, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
