Fleming and Stearns

Elizabeth Renee Fleming and Mark Alan Stearns were married June 28 at their home in Tulalip.

Their parents are Orville and Barbara Vanderpool of Oak Harbor, and Ronald and Carol Moore of Tulalip, and the late George Stearns.

Mark got down on one knee and asked Renee to marry him when they were in their tomato garden. The couple got married in their back yard next to their pond.

A potluck reception was held after the ceremony.

Mark works at Monroe Valley Hospital. He also has a landscape business.

Renee works at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.

Crayton and Renando

Shawna Crayton and Aaron Renando of Monroe were married Nov. 30 in Snohomish.

Their parents are Sharon and Wayne Olsen of Redmond, and Phil and Darlene Renando of Kenmore.

Shawna works for Allstate Insurance in Bothell. Aaron works at Paccar in Bellevue.

Aaron proposed to Shawna on a dinner cruise in Cancun, Mexico.

Shawna has two children and Aaron has two children.
