South By Southwest is in full swing in Austin, Texas.
What once was a laid-back gathering of music industry people today has become a premier event for musical artists new and old as well as independent film makers.
The ’80s band Duran Duran headlines tonight’s events.
But SXSW really is about discovering new talent.
The best way to get a peek at what’s going on is to tune into the many radio stations covering the festival.
KEXP, Seattle’s independent (and awesome) radio station, is broadcasting from SXSW.
Another show that does a good job finding the best of what SXSW has to offer is NPR’s All Music Considered, which has a dedicated page to what’s going down in Austin.
So go ahead, I won’t tell your boss, and take a few minutes to listen to the very latest new music.
