EVERETT — Snohomish County Elections will mail ballots for the Feb. 11 Special Election on Thursday.
Registered voters in Arlington School District No. 16 and Lake Stevens School District No. 4 should expect to receive their ballots anytime from the end of this week to early next.
In Arlington, residents will vote on a six-year capital levy to fund a replacement building for Post Middle School. In Lake Stevens, voters will decide on a $314 million bond to improve school facilities.
Voters who haven’t received their ballot by Jan. 29 should call Snohomish County Elections at 425-388-3444.
Residents can return their ballot by mail with a postmark from Feb. 11 or earlier. Ballots can also go in any official ballot drop box. Ballot boxes are open 24 hours a day until 8 p.m. on Election Day. Locations are listed on the county elections website. The county encourages voters to return their completed ballots as soon as possible.
Voters can register or update their registration online or by mail until Feb. 3. Registration is also open in person until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
